About Your Hosts

A former advertising creative director with 15 years experience, Jason has a great passion for travelling and all things vintage. Born and raised in Bangkok, he frequently travels the world, with Iceland, Morocco and Japan being some of his favourite destinations. But he’s also an avid traveller within Thailand and is keen to recommend many amazing local places.

Often out and about around town, Jason’s knowledge of Bangkok will ensure guests a most inspiring stay, be it for sightseeing, art events, dining, or a fun night out. And with his passion for cycling, he’ll be leading our free night bike tours and suggesting interesting cycling routes to guests who wish to cruise down old Bangkok’s past. Fluent in Thai, English and Cantonese, and also conversant in French and Mandarin, Jason is eager to make your visit a most memorable one.

Having lived in Bangkok for over forty years, Nantiya is fully versed in all the city has to offer. She can assist you with all your requests, be it providing directions, shopping and eating recommendations, or even setting up an elephant trekking excursion to Thailand’s northern hills. Nantiya is always eager to make your stay that much more enjoyable.

Before her retirement in 2004, Nantiya was employed in the service industry for over three decades. As a spouse of a diplomat, she has also spent considerable time abroad, having lived in Sydney, Australia as well as Brussels, Belgium. Nantiya speaks fluent Thai and English, and is also conversant in French. She has two children and four dogs - her favorite being her brown poodle named Thongyod.
